As Director of Corporate Engagement for the School of Risk Management and Insurance at California State University, Fullerton, Bill supports a vision to strengthen insurance education and industry collaboration across the West Coast.
His work includes supporting the school’s $10 million growth campaign, engaging board and advisory board members, building corporate relationships, and advancing conversations around AI, scholarships, and student career opportunities.

William E. “Bill” Ross brings more than 50 years of professional experience to helping leaders connect vision, people, and action.
He served for 21 years as CEO of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. His career also includes experience at Disney and international involvement that brings a broader perspective to organizational growth and collaboration.
Throughout his career, Bill has worked extensively on launching new divisions and building numerous board structures. He brings that experience to helping organizations establish leadership, engage board members, and create a practical foundation for growth.
Today, Bill’s focus is helping organizations build relationships, engage supporters, and create a clear path from opportunity to execution.
